3 & Done ("we", "us") is operated by Plezentek, Inc.. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: questions@3anddoneapp.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (used to sign in via a magic link and to send your daily email).
- Your content: the inputs you add ("things you care about") and the daily picks we generate from them.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
- Usage: basic analytics (pages viewed, actions like signup) to understand and improve the funnel.
How we use it
To generate and email your three daily picks, operate billing, improve the product, and contact you about your account.
Service providers
We share only what each needs to provide its service: Anthropic (AI processing of your inputs), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (analytics). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. To access, export, or delete your data, email questions@3anddoneapp.com; deleting your account removes your inputs and generated picks.
Security & changes
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure. We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above when we do.
